500 g pork fillet, sliced
150 g ham, in strips
200 g mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
250 ml whipping cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme)
Prepare the meat: Season the pork fillet with salt and pepper.
Fry: Heat oil or butter in a pan. Fry the pork tenderloin until golden brown and almost cooked through. Set aside.
