Ingredients
500 g minced meat (preferably a mixture of pork and beef)
100 g coarsely grated cheese (e.g. Edam, Gouda or Cheddar)
1 egg
1 medium onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground pepper
1 tsp ground paprika (optional)
1 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp breadcrumbs (for better consistency of the mixture)
