Preparation of the mixture: Peel the onion and garlic and chop them finely. Mix the minced meat with grated cheese, eggs, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika and mustard in a bowl. If the mixture is too thin, add a little breadcrumbs.
Shaping: Shape the finished mixture into an oblong loaf or several smaller patties of your choice. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Baking: Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 30-35 minutes,
