How to Make Chocolate Muffins

Step 1: In a large bowl, mix the flour with the sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder until combined.

Step 2: Whisk in the eggs and milk until combined.

Step 3: Whisk in the butter followed by the chocolate.

Step 4: Transfer the batter to a piping bag and pipe it in lined muffin cups.

Step 5: Garnish the muffin cups with the brown sugar and chocolate. Bake them in a 190°C (375°F) oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 6: Allow the muffins to cool before serving.
