4 tablespoons rolled oats (instant or rolled);

2 whole eggs

Additional spices: pepper, granulated garlic, oregano, cumin, turmeric
Step-by-step preparation:
Grate the zucchini, carrot, and potatoes. Then place them in a cloth or colander and squeeze well to remove excess water. This step is essential to prevent the croquettes from getting soggy.
