With clean hands, shape them into small croquettes or empanadas of your desired size.
Baking.
You can choose one of three options:
Oven: Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20-25 minutes, flipping after 10 minutes.
Air fryer: 180°C (350°F) for 15-18 minutes.
Frying pan: Fry in a pan with a little olive oil or coconut oil until golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot with homemade sauce or a fresh salad.
