Salmon blanquette is a classic fish dish
π Ingredients:
400 g salmon fillets, diced π
1 large leek, thinly sliced ββπ§
1 carrot, sliced ββπ₯
200 ml whipping cream (30-36%) π₯
200 ml fish or vegetable stock π²
1 tbsp butter π§
1 tbsp wheat flour πΎ
Salt and pepper to taste π§

Preparing the vegetables:
Heat the butter in a large saucepan and add the sliced ββleek and carrot. Cook until the vegetables are slightly soft but not browned. π§
