Bacon Wrapped Chicken Cordon Bleu Meatloaf

1.2 dl breadcrumbs
0.6 dl milk
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1.2 tsp black pepper
1.2 tsp garlic powder
1.2 tsp onion powder
10-12 slices bacon

Instructions

Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a non-stick mat.

In a large bowl, combine minced chicken, diced ham, grated Swiss cheese, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.

Form the meat mixture into a loaf and place on the prepared baking sheet.
