Ingredients:

1 cup (90 grams) oatmeal
The recipe calls for 150 milliliters, or about 3/4 cup, of warm milk.
Peel and slice two apples.
Twenty grams (1 3/4 teaspoons) melted butter
Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract (or vanilla-flavored vanilla)
Two large eggs
Half a cup of chopped nuts, such as walnuts, almonds, or pecans (50 grams).
Use avocado oil to grease a baking dish.

Preheat oven to preheat temperature. Set oven to 180 degrees Celsius (360 degrees Fahrenheit). Set a baking dish aside and grease it with avocado oil.
