Zucchini fritters: few ingredients for a big taste

An onion gives extra flavor.
Salt and pepper are used to taste.
You can also add your favorite spices.
4 tablespoons of flour helps bind the batter.
1 egg holds everything together.
Start by coarsely grating the zucchini.
Do the same with the carrots.
Grate the onion as well.
Place all the grated vegetables in a large bowl.

Then squeeze the liquid out of the vegetables.
