Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a muffin tin or line it with paper cups. -
Prepare the egg mixture
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth. -
Add the fillings
Stir in the cheese, diced ham, bell pepper, herbs, salt, and pepper. -
Fill the muffin cups
Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full. -
Bake
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the egg muffins are set and slightly golden on top. -
Cool and serve
Let them cool for a few minutes, then remove from the pan and serve warm.
