Recipe for baguettes in a cup shape

Ingredients
3 tsp dry yeast
7.5 dl wheat flour
2.4 dl water
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch sugar
Optional:
sesame seeds
coarse salt
Cooking process
Make a sourdough from sugar, warm water and yeast and let it rise – yes, even if it is dry yeast.
Mix the flour with salt, add the sourdough and oil.
Knead a smooth, soft dough. Let it rise in a warm place.
