The combination of chia seeds and fresh fruit creates a light and refreshing dessert that is perfect for any time of day. Here’s what you need for our Slim Waist Express Snack:
Ingredients:
100g chia seeds
480ml almond milk
60ml honey (or sweetener to taste)
50g fresh raspberries
100g fresh strawberries
50g stevia
1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions:
1. Mix 100g chia seeds with 480ml almond milk in a bowl. Add 60ml honey or your preferred sweetener. Let the mixture sit for 20 minutes so the chia seeds swell and absorb the liquid.

2. Place 50g fresh raspberries, 100g fresh strawberries and 50g stevia in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring, until the fruit is soft and the juice has released.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch to the saucepan and stir until the mixture thickens. Then puree the fruit in a blender until smooth and homogeneous.
