Puff Pastry Pastries with just 2 cups of cream (400 ml) and 1 packet of instant pudding mix

100 g flaked almonds
500 ml milk
3 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
1 package frozen puff pastry
2 packages vanilla sugar
1 package vanilla pudding mix
2 cups heavy cream (400 ml)
1 package cream stabilizer
Icing sugar for dusting

Preparation

1. Here's how: First, remove the frozen puff pastry sheets from the package and let them thaw side by side. Toast the flaked almonds in a pan.

2. Now carefully cut the thawed sheets in half so they are roughly square. Beat the egg well.

Then line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the puff pastry sheets on it, brush them with the egg, and sprinkle with the toasted almonds. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for about 15 minutes.
