This no-bake chocolate cake is the perfect solution when you want something quick, luxurious and at the same time healthy. It combines a soft, chocolatey base with a silky ganache that melts in your mouth. Despite its simple preparation, it feels like a dessert from a pastry shop – but completely without refined sugar or regular flour.
The best thing about this recipe is that it doesn’t require any oven at all. You mix, cool and serve. Perfect for hot days, spontaneous guests or when you just want to treat yourself to something delicious without the hassle.
Ingredients
Base:
2 dl almond flour
0.5 dl cocoa (unsweetened)
80 g melted butter
0.75 dl sweetener (erythritol or similar)
1–2 tbsp almond milk or cream (if needed)
Filling (ganache):
200 g dark chocolate (sugar-free)
1 dl whipped cream
