A bunch of fresh dill and parsley , finely chopped

50 ml extra virgin olive oil

25 ml red wine vinegar

30 ml water

1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

3 teaspoons sugar

½ tablespoon sweet paprika ️

5 garlic cloves , minced
