Lemon and Prickly Pear Drink

Ingredients (1 liter – 4 glasses)

2 medium-sized prickly pear pads (300-400 g, including the skin)

Juice of 3 large lemons

1 liter of filtered water

Optional: 1 tablespoon of honey or stevia (sweetens the taste)

Preparation (3 minutes)
Wash the stems thoroughly and remove the thorns.

Cut into pieces (leave the skin on for more mucilage!)
