Eggs: 2
Sugar: 150 g
Cornstarch: 70 g
Milk: 500 g
Vanillin: to taste
Butter: 50 g
For the dough:
Water: 180 g
Butter: 90 g
A pinch of salt
A pinch of sugar
Flour: 130 g (Flour type: “00”)
Eggs: 3-4
Preparation: Preparation of the cream:
In a saucepan, mix 2 eggs with 150 g sugar and 70 g cornstarch.
Add 500 g milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the cream thickens.
Remove from heat and add vanillin and 50 g butter. Stir until the butter is completely absorbed. Leave to cool completely.
