First, mix the flour, active dry yeast, and salt in a large bowl. Add the warm water and stir until a sticky dough forms.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rest overnight at room temperature.
Now, preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F). Place a cast-iron pot with a lid in the oven (or a loaf pan) to heat it up.
Turn the dough onto a well-floured work surface and gently shape it into a round. Sprinkle the dough with chopped garlic, olive oil, parsley, and a pinch of sea salt.
Then remove the hot cast-iron pot from the oven and place the dough inside.
Cover with the lid and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the lid and bake the bread for another 15–20 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
