Grain Bread (Flourless)
This bread has been popping up a lot in our kitchen lately. For me, it's a nice break from the bread we eat every day.
It's worth baking this type of bread at least once in a while. It's incredibly easy to make, and above all, healthy and very nutritious. And most importantly, you can make it with your favorite seeds, add nuts, dried fruit, or whatever you like.
Ingredients:
(for a 12 x 25 cm loaf tin):
7.5 dl rolled oats
2.5 dl of your favourite seeds – I used:
4 tbsp pumpkin seeds
4 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp black cumin seeds
2 tbsp flax seeds
500 g plain yoghurt
1 tsp honey
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp oil (I used rapeseed)
1 tsp baking soda
