curried sausages
The curried sausages that were the best ever! This recipe is easy and warm. The sausages cook slowly in a tasty curry sauce. Carrots, onions, and peas add color and flavor. It is great with mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil

8 sausages of your choice

1 large brown onion sliced

1 large carrot diced

2 tsp curry powder (or more or less to individual taste)

1/2 cup chicken or beef stock – again this is a matter of choice, I have used them both and they are equally well as the other.

1 cup water

Some frozen peas

1 tbsp cornflour

2 tbsp water

Salt and pepper to taste
