Choc peppermint cheesecake slice and might I add it is so subtle and creamy it is just decadent!
CHOC PEPPERMINT CHEESECAKE SLICE
Ingredients:
100 g each plain sweet biscuits and Choc Ripple Biscuits
100 g butter, melted
3 tsp powdered gelatine
2 Tbsp boiling water
500 g cream cheese, softened
2/3 Cup caster sugar
2 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla essence
Peppermint Essence
Green food colouring
300 ml thickened cream, whipped
TO DECORATE:
Extra whipped cream
Choice of 1 peppermint aero bar, 1 peppermint crisp bar or grated chocolate.
