Broccoli Croquettes: Healthy, Light and Super Delicious

CHEDDAR CHEESE

Place the broccoli in a saucepan of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.
Dry the broccoli with paper towels. Then chop finely.
Place the broccoli in a large bowl with the cheese, onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt and pepper.
Mix the ingredients well and then shape the mixture into florets.
Place the broccoli croquettes on a baking sheet and bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
