A unique meat recipe
Ingredients:
π₯© 500 g minced meat (beef, pork or a mixture)

1 onion (finely chopped)
π§ 2 cloves of garlic (pressed through a garlic press)
π₯ 3 eggs
π« 1/2 red pepper (diced)
π§ 150 g grated yellow cheese (e.g. Gouda, Edam, Mozzarella)
π₯ 150 ml 30% whipping cream
πΎ 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
π§ Salt, pepper, smoked paprika, herbes de Provence β to taste
πͺ΄ 2 tbsp chopped chives
π« 1 tbsp olive oil for the pan
π¨βπ³ Preparation:
1οΈβ£ Form the meatballs
βοΈ Mix the minced meat with breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
βοΈ Form into medium-sized balls and place in a greased ovenproof dish.
