This recipe is my everyday favorite! My whole family loves it – and it’s super nutritious too. I make it almost every day because it’s so good – you’ll be hooked, just like me!

4️⃣ Roll the cabbage
Lay the cabbage leaf flat. Place 2-3 tablespoons of filling in the center.
Fold the edges over and roll tightly like a burrito.
Repeat with the remaining leaves and filling.
5️⃣ Prepare the vegetable bed
Mix the carrots, zucchini, peppers and onions with olive oil and spices.
Spread evenly in the bottom of the baking dish.
6️⃣ Assemble and bake
Place the cabbage rolls on the vegetable bed.
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Pour the sauce evenly over the rolls and vegetables.
Cover tightly with foil and bake for 45-50 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes, until the rolls are cooked through and the sauce is bubbling.
7️⃣ Serve and enjoy
Let cool slightly before serving.
Spoon roasted vegetables and sauce alongside each roll.
Serve with crusty bread or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
