1- First, take the head of cabbage and remove the core. Place it in a suitable pot, add hot water and let it cook until it is done.
2. Let it stand for about 10 minutes on each side, stirring and checking constantly to prevent it from boiling over.
3. Now we will prepare the filling. Mix the minced meat, bulgur, rice, onion, parsley, tomato sauce, salt, red pepper, black pepper and oil in a suitable bowl. Mix all the ingredients.
4. Now we take the cabbage leaves and remove the long stem. Then we put the finished filling in the middle and roll it up.
5. We continue in the same way until we have used up all the filling. Then we put the rolls in the Pyrex mold that we are going to use.
6. Finally, we distribute the pepper sauce, hot water and salt mixture over the rolls so that all sides are covered.
7- Finally, we add some slices of butter and garlic cloves, cover the top with a piece of baking paper and… We moisten them with water and put them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 1 hour.
8- When the time is up, we take them out of the oven, remove the baking paper and serve them with yogurt or plain, as desired.
