Mushroom Balls

Trust me, these mushrooms are easy to make. Here’s a quick guide:
Mushroom Sauce: Heat a mixture of butter and olive oil in a frying pan. Add the mushrooms and garlic and sauté until soft.
Cream Sauce: Then add the sour cream, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Cook until the sauce is smooth and bubbly.

Serving: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately!
