CopyCat Crunchwrap Supreme

- 1 packet (30g) taco seasoning
- 2.5 cups nacho cheese or shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 2.5 cups sour cream
- 5 cups shredded lettuce
- 2.5 cups diced tomatoes
- 2.5 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
- Vegetable oil for frying (optional)
Instructions:
1. Start by frying the ground beef in a frying pan over medium heat. Break it up with a spatula until it is completely browned. Pour off any excess fat.
2. Stir in the taco seasoning mix according to package directions, usually mixing the seasoning with a little water and simmering until the mixture thickens.
3. Lay out the large flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spoon an equal amount of the seasoned ground beef into the center of each tortilla, leaving room around the edges for folding.
4. Sprinkle nacho cheese or sprinkle the shredded cheese over the ground beef on each tortilla.
5. Place a tostada shell on top of the cheese for each. Spread a spoonful of sour cream over the tostada shell, then top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and another pinch of shredded cheese.
