Cheesy Spinach and Corn Cob Loaf 


1️⃣ Prepare the cob loaf:
1. Preheat oven to 170°C fan forced.
2. Slice the top off the cob loaf.
3. Scoop out the soft bread from the centre, leaving a thick shell.
4. Tear the removed bread into bite-sized pieces for dipping.

2️⃣ Prepare the filling:
5. In a bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, tasty cheese, mozzarella, corn, spinach, onion, garlic powder, and pepper.
6. Mix until well combined.

3️⃣ Fill the loaf:
7. Spoon the mixture into the hollowed cob loaf.

4️⃣ Bake:
8. Place the filled cob loaf and bread pieces on a baking tray.
9. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.

5️⃣ Serve:
10. Remove from oven and place on a serving platter.

To serve:
Serve warm with toasted bread pieces for dipping. Perfect for parties, BBQs, or sharing platters
