Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces, and cook in salted water until soft. Then drain, add the butter, and mash until smooth.

Mix the warm puree with the potato flour and a pinch of salt. Knead the dough until elastic and not sticky.
3️⃣ Shaping the shapes:
Create small balls from the dough. Then, using a bottle (or your finger), gently press the center of each ball to form a dumpling/pasta shell shape.

4️⃣ Frying the potatoes:
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the potatoes on both sides until golden brown and crispy.
5️⃣ Adding the garlic:
In the same pan, fry the garlic, add the smoked paprika, and fry for a few seconds. Toss the potatoes with the aromatic oil.
6️⃣ Serving:
Garnish the potatoes with chopped parsley. Serve as an appetizer, snack, or side dish with your favorite dish.
