How To Make 2-Ingredient Sandwich Bread Ravioli
Using a rolling pin on a lightly floured surface, carefully flatten each slice of bread to a thickness of approximately ¼ inch. Place a single piece of chocolate in the center of each flattened bread disc. For a more decadent experience, consider using high-quality chocolate bars or chopped dark chocolate.
Use a round cookie cutter or a suitable glass to cut out circular shapes of bread around the chocolate filling.
Gently but firmly press the edges of the dough together to create a secure seal, ensuring the chocolate remains inside.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add a bit of butter and allow it to melt and become slightly bubbly. Carefully place the formed ravioli in the pan, ensuring they don't overcrowd the cooking surface.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy. The cooking time can vary slightly depending on the thickness of the bread.
Transfer the cooked ravioli to a serving plate. Dust them with a light sprinkle of either unsweetened cocoa powder or powdered sugar.
Serve the ravioli immediately while the chocolate is still warm and gooey.
